Jason Belden, PhD
Program Co-Director, Interdisciplinary Toxicology
Dr. Jason Belden received his PhD in Toxicology from Iowa State University. He currently serves as the Department Head of Integrative Biology and Professor for Environmental Toxicology, Ecotoxicology. His laboratory group investigates the effects of chemical contaminants on biota. Dr. Belden partnered with the Graduate College and is currently serving as the Interdisciplinary Toxicology Program Co-Director.
Michael Thayer, PhD
Director, Professional Science Master's in Environmental Management
At OSU-Tulsa, we offer the Professional Science Master (PSM) in Environmental Management. The PSM program is designed to provide a springboard to industry-specific job opportunities through practical problem-solving. We are affiliated with the National Professional Science Master's Association (NPSMA).
Mary Jo Self Ed.D
Interdisciplinary Studies Program Coordinator
Dr. Self is an associate professor in workforce and adult education in the School of Teaching, Learning and Educational Sciences. She is the College representative for the Late Withdraw Committee and Tuition Appeals Committee.
The Environmental Science Graduate Program (ESGP) at Oklahoma State University prepares graduate students for careers as environmental scientists. Our interdisciplinary degree program allows students to customize their plan of study to suit their individual career goals. We offer both
Master of Science and the Doctor of Philosophy degrees at our main campus in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
Jean Van Delinder, PhD
Interim Director, Master of Public Health Program
Dr. Van Delinder joined the Graduate College in summer 2010. Her responsibilities include matriculation through graduation oversight; disciplinary and interdisciplinary degree program development and monitoring; and student issues and concerns. Dr. Van Delinder is also a professor in the Department of Sociology. Her research develops systemic approaches to increase the representation and advancement of women and minorities in STEM. She is also recognized for her work on gender and social justice.
David Wallace, PhD
Program Co-Director, Interdisciplinary Toxicology
Dr. David Wallace has over two decades of experience as an educator, mentor and advisor in a Health Science Center setting. He received his PhD focused in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of Florida with fellowships from the University of Colorado and Kentucky. He has recently been appointed the interim Chair of the Pharmacology and Physiology department at OSU-CHS. He is involved in the development of programs, strategic planning for future development as well as a lead member in the planning and construction of a new biomedical research facility. Dr. Wallace partnered with the Graduate College and is currently serving as the Interdisciplinary Toxicology Program Co-Director.
